Будівництво ПЛ-0,4 кВ для електропостачання житлових будинків по вул. Парковій, м. Дніпрорудне, Василівського району, Запорізької області

Закупівля здійснюється з врахуванням ДСТУ Б.Д.1.1-1:2013 “Правила визначення вартості будівництва”. Термін виконання робіт: до 31.10.2020 року з урахуванням кошторисних призначень на 2020 та 2021 рік (але в будь-якому випадку до повного завершення … виконання робіт в тому числі з урахуванням кошторисних призначень). Сума фінансування на 2020 рік становить 235 639,00 грн. Усі документи, що входять до складу тендерної пропозиції мають бути складені українською мовою. У разі, якщо документ чи інформація, надання яких передбачено тендерною документацією, складені іншою(ими) мовою(ами), у складі тендерної пропозиції надається документ мовою оригіналу з обов’язковим перекладом українською мовою. Визначальним є текст, викладений українською мовою. Специфікація щодо технічних показників товару може бути викладена англійською або російською мовою із зазначенням за потреби загальновживаних абревіатур або скорочень англійською мовою.

Оплата виконаних робіт здійснюється протягом 10 днів з дня підписання документів Замовником (Оплата за договором підряду здійснюється на підставі актів за формою КБ-2 та КБ-3 протягом поточного місяця, у якому підписано акти виконаних робіт, або у наступному за поточним.), але з урахуванням наявності відповідних кошторисних призначень, в разі затримки фінансування або відсутності кошторисних призначень розрахунки за виконані роботи здійснюються на підставі ч. 1 ст. 49 Бюджетного кодексу України – на умовах відстрочки платежу до кінця бюджетного року без нарахування штрафних санкцій.
