Інформація про технічні, якісні та інші характеристики предмета закупівлі: зазначена в Оголошенні про проведення спрощеної закупівлі та вимогах до предмета закупівлі Консультаційні послуги у галузях інженерії та будівництва (послуги з обстеження будівель … та споруд, код за ДК 021:2015 - 71310000-4 Перелік критеріїв та методика оцінки пропозицій із зазначенням питомої ваги критеріїв: єдиним критерієм оцінки є ціна. Питома вага – 100%. Найбільш економічною вигідною пропозицією буде вважатися пропозиція з найнижчою ціною з урахуванням усіх податків та зборів (в тому числі податку на додану вартість (ПДВ), у разі якщо учасник є платником ПДВ або без ПДВ - у разі, якщо Учасник не є платником ПДВ. Забезпечення виконання договору - не вимагається
