Під час більш детального вивчення питання очищення каналізаційних мереж, внаслідок звернень учасників даної закупівлі, замовник прийшов до висновку про надмірність вимог до учасників в частині технічних параметрів обладнання, необхідного для надання даних послуг. З метою створення сприятливих умов для рівної конкуренції та залучення максимальної кількості учасників, було прийнято рішення про скасування даної закупівлі та підготовки технічних вимог для нової закупівлі – з технічними характеристиками обладнання меншої потужності.
