Здійснення остаточного розрахунку протягом 30 календарних днів після підписання Сторонами акту приймання виконаних будівельних робіт (форма №КБ-2в) і довідки про вартість виконаних будівельних робіт та витрати (форма № КБ-3) на підставі отриманого Замовником рахунку за умови наявності одночасно таких умов: - виконання Підрядником робіт на суму здійсненої Замовником передоплати та оформлення документів, зазначених у п.4.2 договору, - підписання Сторонами акту приймання виконаних будівельних робіт (форма №КБ-2в) і довідки про вартість виконаних будівельних робіт та витрати (форма № КБ-3), акту приймання-передачі змонтованого устаткування, - реєстрації Підрядником в Єдиному реєстрі податкових накладних податкової накладної, яка складена відповідно до вимог законодавства, діючого на дату її складання, та умов цього Договору
