Виникла необхідність у збільшенні кількості та суми послуг. Технічної можливості внести коригування в план закупівель, який було оприлюднено на Рrozorro, немає, оскільки з нього вже оголошено тендер. В зв’язку з цим, запропоновано відмінити торги на підставі п.2 ч.1 ст.32 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», а саме у разі неможливості усунення порушень, що виникли через виявлені порушення законодавства у сфері публічних закупівель.
