Description:

Розрахунки здійснюються після настання події – виконання робіт. Приймання Замовником виконаних робіт від Підрядника може здійснюватись поетапно. Розрахунки за виконаний обсяг робіт здійснюються Замовником у безготівковій формі на підставі підписаного сторонами акту приймання виконаних робіт за формою № КБ-2в та на підставі довідки про вартість виконаних робіт за формою № КБ-3 протягом 5 (п’яти) банківських днів з дня їх підписання. У разі затримки бюджетного фінансування, розрахунок за Договором за виконаний обсяг робіт здійснюється протягом 5 (п’яти) банківських днів з дати отримання Замовником бюджетного призначення на фінансування робіт на свій реєстраційний рахунок.
