Замовник може надавати підряднику аванс в розмірі не більше 30 % вартості річного обсягу робіт (на виконання робіт, поставку продукції - обладнання, надання послуг в будівництві). Підрядник зобов’язується використати одержаний аванс на придбання і постачання необхідних для виконання робіт матеріалів, конструкцій, виробів та інших матеріально-технічних ресурсів не більше трьох місяців після одержання авансу, що буде підтверджено примірними формами КБ-2 «Акт приймання виконаних будівельних робіт», КБ-3 «Довідка про вартість виконаних будівельних робіт та витрати». По закінченні даного терміну невикористанні суми авансу повертаються замовнику протягом п’яти календарних днів
