Договору сплачується на підставі Акту приймання – передачі наданих Послуг, або на підставі актів наданих окремих складових частин Послуги, та довідки про вартість виконаних послуг/робіт (форма КБ-2В,КБ-3), протягом 20 (двадцяти) банківських днів після підписання Акту, при наявності бюджетного фінансування на зазначені видатки за умови виконання доходів зведеного бюджету України відповідно до ст. 78 Бюджетного кодексу України. У разі затримки бюджетного фінансування розрахунок за виконані послуги здійснюється протягом 3-х банківських днів з дати отримання Замовником на свій поточний рахунок бюджетного фінансування.
