Тендерна пропозиція учасника ТОВ "ІНФОСЕЙФ ІННОВАЦІЙНІ ТЕХНОЛОГІЇ" не відповідає вимогам тендерної документації у частині повноти надання інформації, передбаченої тендерною документацією, а також відсутня частина пропозицій відповідно до специфікації (технічні, якісні та кількісні характеристики предмета закупівлі «Мережеве обладнання»).
Учасник ТОВ "ІНФОСЕЙФ ІННОВАЦІЙНІ ТЕХНОЛОГІЇ" не надав у складі своєї тендерної пропозицій інформації, щодо програмного забезпечення системи запису аудіо дзвінків, програмного забезпечення системи автоматичного перенаправлення аудіо дзвінків, програмного продукту для масштабування і збільшення ефективності Security Operations Centre (Розділ 2 Спеціфікації). Крім цього, ці позиції відсутні і у проекті договору на постачання мережевого обладнання.
Також у завантаженому документі «Інформація про необхідні технічні, якісні та кількісні характеристики предмета закупівлі «Мережеве обладнання» відсутня наступна інформація:
