Мова (мови), якою (якими) повинні готуватися тендерні пропозиції; Українська мова. Тендерна пропозиція та усі документи, що мають відношення до неї, складаються українською мовою. У випадку надання документів, які необхідні для формування тендерної … пропозиції учасника, виданих відповідними установами, підприємствами, організаціями російською мовою, допускається наявність даних документів російською мовою. У іншому випадку, в разі надання учасником будь-яких документів іноземною мовою, вони повинні бути перекладені українською. Переклад повинен бути посвідчений учасником торгів або посвідчений нотаріально (на розсуд учасника). Визначальним є текст, викладений українською мовою. Тендерні пропозиції підготовлені Учасниками – нерезидентами України можуть бути складені іншою мовою, при цьому повинні мати обов’язковий автентичний переклад українською мовою, який зроблено в сертифікованому центрі перекладів та завірені підписом уповноваженої особи та печаткою цього центру. Description:

Розрахунки по даному договору здійснюються Покупцем на підставі видаткової накладної та Акту приймання-передачі Товару шляхом перерахування у безготівковій формі, гривнях, грошових коштів на поточний банківський рахунок Постачальника протягом 10 (десяти) банківських днів з моменту підписання Акту приймання-передачі Товару та видаткової накладної. Оплата здійснюється за умови наявності у видатковій накладній посилання на повний номер і дату укладання цього договору та, у випадку оплати за рахунок бюджетних коштів, надходження бюджетних коштів Головного розпорядника бюджетних коштів. У разі затримки бюджетного фінансування, розрахунок здійснюється протягом 10 (десяти) банківських днів з дати отримання Покупцем бюджетного призначення на свій рахунок. Будь-які бюджетні зобов’язання та платежі з бюджету здійснюватимуться лише за наявності відповідного бюджетного паризначення (ч.1 ст.23 Бюджетного кодексу України). Оплата за поставлений товар здійснюється відповідно до ст. 49 Бюджетного кодексу України.
