Пропозиція учасника ТОВ "Гепард Ойл" відхиляється у зв’язку, з тим що відповідно згідно підпункту 8.1. пункту 8 Додатку ІІ «ПЕРЕЛІК ІНФОРМАЦІЇ, ЩО ПОДАЄТЬСЯ УЧАСНИКОМ В СКЛАДІ ЙОГО ТЕНДЕРНОЇ ПРОПОЗИЦІЇ (У ВИГЛЯДІ ФАЙЛІВ), ТА ВИМОГИ ДО НЕЇ» до тендерної документації вимагалось надання наступної інформації: «Сканкопія/-ї з оригіналу/-ів та/або копії/-й сертифікату/ів відповідності, завіреного/- их підписом уповноваженої особи учасника та печаткою (у разі її використання учасником), виданий Учаснику уповноваженим (акредитованим) органом з оцінки відповідності, чинний/ні на дату розкриття, що підтверджує відповідність запропонованого товару наступним нормативним документам: для дизельного палива - вимогам ДСТУ 7688:2015.» Учасником ТОВ "Гепард Ойл" надані наступні документи: - Сертифікат відповідності Серія АА №000349. Видано: Открытое акционерное общество «Мозырский нефтеперерабатывающий завод»; - Сертифікат відповідності Серія АА №000350. Видано: Открытое акционерное общество «Мозырский нефтеперерабатывающий завод». Надані Учасником ТОВ "Гепард Ойл" вищезазначені документи не відповідають вимогам підпункту 8.1. пункту 8 Додатку ІІ до тендерної документації, оскільки надані сертифікати відповідності видані не Учаснику закупівлі.

Пропозиція учасника ТОВ "ВОГ КАРД" відхиляється у зв’язку, з тим що учасником в складі його тендерної пропозиції надано банківську гарантію (№ 03-1/02/2-ГУ-2/8730 від 19.10.2020) забезпечення тендерної пропозиції, яка не відповідає вимогам Додатку VI «ВИМОГИ ДО БАНКІВСЬКОЇ ГАРАНТІЇ (ЗАБЕЗПЕЧЕННЯ ТЕНДЕРНОЇ ПРОПОЗИЦІЇ)» тендерної документації, а саме: «Строк дії забезпечення тендерної пропозиції повинен становити не менше 120 днів з кінцевої дати подання тендерних пропозицій». Відповідно до оголошення про проведення відкритих торгів кінцевий строк подання тендерних пропозицій у даній закупівлі: 20.10.2020. Строк дії наданої банківської гарантії закінчується «10» лютого 2021 року, а це 113-й день. Тобто, надане учасником ТОВ "ВОГ КАРД" забезпечення тендерної пропозиції не відповідає умовам, що визначені замовником у тендерній документації.
