за кодом ДК 021:2015 71630000-3: Послуги з технічного огляду та випробовувань, Мова (мови) якою, якими повинні готуватись тендерні пропозиції: Усі документи, що входять до складу тендерної пропозиції та підготовлені безпосередньо учасником, мають бути … складені українською мовою та/або російською мовою. Документи, що надаються Учасниками у складі їх тендерних пропозицій, викладені іншими мовами, повинні надаватися разом із їх автентичним перекладом на українську мову. Вірність перекладу цих документів засвідчується нотаріально. Умови надання забезпечення тендерних пропозицій зазначено в тендерній документації. Дата і час розкриття тендерних пропозицій: 13.10.2020 10.00. Математична формула приведеної ціни - не застосовується.

according to the code DK 021: 2015 71630000-3: Technical inspection and testing services, Language (languages) in which the tender proposals should be prepared: All documents included in the tender proposal and prepared directly by the bidder must be drawn up in Ukrainian and / or in Russian. The documents submitted by the Bidders as part of their bids, presented in other languages, must be submitted together with their authentic translation into Ukrainian. The accuracy of the translation of these documents is notarized. The conditions for providing security for tender proposals are specified in the tender documentation. ТОВ "Відділок підводного судноремонту і гідротехнічних робіт" Згідно пункту 2 Додатку 1 - Учасник процедури закупівлі в електронній системі закупівель під час подання тендерної пропозиції підтверджує відсутність підстав, передбачених пунктами 5, 6, 12 і 13 частини першої та частиною другою статті 17 Закону у вигляді довідок (зведеної довідки, тощо), складених учасником у довільній формі, зміст яких підтверджує відсутність відповідних підстав для відмови в участі у процедурі закупівлі. В складі тендерної пропозиції пропозиції ТОВ "Відділок підводного судноремонту і гідротехнічних робіт" відсутнє підтвердження у вигляді довідок (зведеної довідки, тощо) щодо пункту 12 частини першої статті 17 Закону «Про публічні закупівлі», а саме: службова (посадова) особа учасника процедури закупівлі, яку уповноважено учасником представляти його інтереси під час проведення процедури закупівлі, фізичну особу, яка є учасником, не було притягнуто згідно із законом до відповідальності за вчинення правопорушення, пов’язаного з використанням дитячої праці чи будь-якими формами торгівлі людьми; Комітетом прийнято рішення про відхилення тендерної пропозиції ТОВ "Відділок підводного судноремонту і гідротехнічних робіт".
