Оплата за надані роботи на здійснення технічного нагляду проводиться після підписання виконавцем підрядних робіт по об’єкту, актів виконаних робіт за формою КБ-2в «Акт приймання виконаних будівельних робіт» та довідки за формою КБ-3 «Довідка про вартість виконаних будівельних робіт та витрати», після пред'явлення Виконавцем технічного нагляду рахунка на оплату робіт та акту виконаних робіт по здійсненню технічного нагляду по мірі надходження бюджетних коштів на розрахунковий рахунок Замовника протягом 10 банківських днів.
