Замовник на підставі підписаних уповноваженими представниками обох Сторін Актів приймання-передачі виконаних робіт (далі – Акт) оплачує Виконавцю вартість фактично виконаних Робіт з розробки та виготовлення проєктно-кошторисної документації та вартості експертизи проєктно-кошторисної документації. Оплата виконаних Робіт проводиться після підписання Акта протягом 10 (десяти) банківських днів з моменту надходження коштів з Державного бюджету України на реєстраційний рахунок Замовника на зазначені цілі
