Під час проведення процедур закупівель усі документи, що готуються замовником, викладаються українською мовою, а також за рішенням замовника одночасно всі документи можуть мати автентичний переклад на іншу мову. Визначальним є текст, викладений … українською мовою (ч. 9 ст. 12 Закону). Тендерна пропозиція Учасника повинна бути складена українською мовою. Документи або копії документів, що надаються Учасником у складі тендерної пропозиції, викладені іншими мовами, повинні надаватися разом із їх автентичним перекладом на українську мову. Справжність (вірність) перекладу цих документів та справжність підпису перекладача, яким зроблено переклад, засвідчується нотаріально. Стандартні характеристики, вимоги, умовні позначення у вигляді скорочень та термінологія, пов’язана з товарами, що закуповуються, передбачені існуючими міжнародними або національними стандартами, нормами та правилами, викладаються мовою їх загально прийнятого застосування. Уся інформація розміщується в електронній системі закупівель українською мовою, крім тих випадків коли використання букв та символів української мови призводить до їх спотворення (зокрема, але не виключно адреси мережі «Інтернет», адреси електронної пошти, торговельної марки (знаку для товарів), загальноприйняті міжнародні терміни).
