Внесення змін до тендерної документації унеможливлює використання освітньої субвенції на оснащення закладів загальної середньої освіти обладнанням для навчальних кабінетів і STEM-лабораторіями виключно у 2020 році та суперечить правилам використання коштів відповідно до Бюджетного кодексу України, адже неможливо здійснити оплату за поставлений товар, а як наслідок – виконати договорів до кінця 2020 року за наслідками закупівлі.
