Мова (мови), якою (якими) повинні готуватися тендерні пропозиції: українська. Умови надання забезпечення тендерних пропозицій: забезпечення тендерної пропозиції має бути надане у формі безумовної та безвідкличної електронної банківської гарантії з … накладеним електронно-цифровим підписом/кваліфікованого електронного підпису гаранту (далі-банк-гарант) відповідно до вимог діючого законодавства. Електронна гарантія обов’язково повинна містити посилання на реквізити закупівлі, її назву та номер на веб-порталі Уповноваженого органу. Банківська гарантія надана банком-резидентом України має бути оформлена відповідно до вимог постанови правління НБУ від 15.12.2004 № 639 «Про затвердження положення про порядок здійснення банками операцій за гарантіями в національній та іноземних валютах». Строк дії забезпечення тендерної пропозиції (строк дії гарантії) – не менше 120 календарних днів з дати кінцевого строку подання тендерних пропозицій. Реквізити Замовника для оформлення банківської гарантії та детальні умови надання забезпечення тендерних пропозицій зазначені в Тендерній документації.
