Розрахунки проводяться шляхом оплати Замовником після підписання сторонами акта приймання - передачі виконаних робіт. Акти приймання-передачі виконаних робіт мають бути надані для перевірки на паперових носіях у двох примірниках і в електронному вигляді, сформованому за допомогою програмного комплексу «АВК-5». • Проміжні платежі будуть здійснюватися по мірі виконання будівельних робіт у відповідності з фактично виконаними обсягами робіт та фактичних витрат Підрядника у повному обсязі згідно наданих Підрядником форм КБ-2В та КБ-3 на протязі 10-ти банківських днів з дня підписання документів Замовником та представником технічного нагляду Замовника з урахуванням наявних коштів на розрахунковому рахунку Замовника. • Остаточний розрахунок проводиться Замовником протягом 10 (десяти) банківських днів з моменту підписання останнього акта здавання-приймання виконаних робіт.
