За результатами розгляду тендерної пропозиції ТОВ «ТЕПЛОТРАНСЗБУТ» на її відповідність вимогам тендерної документації, було встановлено наступне. Згідно вимог Додатку № 2 тендерної документації в частині надання документів, що підтверджують відповідність Учасника кваліфікаційним вимогам, від Учасника вимагалось надати копію аналогічного договору (з додатками за наявності) та документальне підтвердження повного виконання умов наданого договору (лист відгук від Замовника щодо виконання наданого договору (із зазначенням номера, дати та суми договору) або копії видаткових накладних, проте Учасник надав не в повному обсязі підтверджуючі документи. В результаті вищевикладеного виникає необхідність відхилити тендерну пропозицію ТОВ «ТЕПЛОТРАНСЗБУТ» згідно .п.1 п.1 ч.1 ст.31 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», а саме: учасник процедури закупівлі не відповідає кваліфікаційним (кваліфікаційному) критеріям, установленим ст. 16 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі».

За результатами розгляду тендерної пропозиції ДП «ЗАХІДТЕПЛОЕНЕРГО» КП «ДНІПРОТЕПЛОЕНЕРГО» ДОР» на її відповідність вимогам тендерної документації, було встановлено наступне. Згідно вимог Додатку № 2 тендерної документації в частині надання документів, що підтверджують відповідність Учасника кваліфікаційним вимогам, від Учасника вимагалось надати копію аналогічного договору (з додатками за наявності) та документальне підтвердження повного виконання умов наданого договору (лист відгук від Замовника щодо виконання наданого договору (із зазначенням номера, дати та суми договору) або копії видаткових накладних, проте Учасник надав не в повному обсязі підтверджуючі документи.
