Тендерна пропозиція учасника торгів № UA-2020-09-24-001022-c ТОВ "Олестас Еко» (код ЄДРПОУ 38469527) не відповідає вимогам зазначеним у п. 4 «Вимоги до документації» Технічної специфікації (Додаток 2 до ТД), так як згідно з п. 4 переліку видів небезпечних відходів, на поводження з якими видана ліцензія, по небезпечних відходах (відпрацьовані батарейки) Учаснику надана ліцензія лише на збирання та зберігання. При цьому Учасником надано лист у якому зазначено, що ТОВ «Олестас Еко» не планує залучати субпідрядників для виконання робіт за договором. Тобто в учасника відсутня ліцензія на перевезення та утилізацію відпрацьованих батарейок та відсутня інформація про залучення субпідрядної організації з відповідною ліцензією.

Тендерна пропозиція учасника торгів № UA-2020-09-24-001022-c ТОВ "Екологічні Інвестиції» (код ЄДРПОУ 38358876) не відповідає тендерній документації. Надана у складі тендерної пропозиції довідка про відсутність підстав для відмови в участі у процедурі закупівель не містить підтвердження відсутності підстав визначених п. 12 частини першої ст. 17 ЗУ «Про публічні закупівлі», що не відповідає вимогам встановленим у п.п. 5.4.1 п. 5 Розділу ІІІ «Інструкція з підготовки тендерної пропозиції» тендерної документації. У складі тендерної пропозиції відсутня Технічна специфікація підписана уповноваженою особою Учасника, яка повинна відповідати Технічній специфікації Додаток №2 до ТД та тендерна пропозиція (цінова) без зазначення ціни та загальної вартості пропозиції, що не відповідає вимогам п. 1 Розділу ІІІ «Інструкція з підготовки тендерної пропозиції» тендерної документації.
