Інформація про технічні, якісні та інші характеристики предмета закупівлі наведена у Додатку 1 «Інформація про технічні, якісні та інші характеристики предмета закупівлі» до оголошення про проведення закупівлі. Перелік критеріїв та методика оцінки … пропозиції із зазначенням питомої ваги критеріїв: єдиним критерієм оцінки є ціна. Кількість балів по критерію ціна дорівнює 100 балів. Кількість балів за критерієм ціна визначається наступним чином. Пропозиція, ціна якої найвигідніша (найменша), присвоюється максимально можлива кількість балів. Кількість балів для решти пропозицій визначається за формулою: Б обчисл = Ц мін/Цобчисл х 100, де Б обчисл – обчислювана кількість балів; Ц мін - найнижча ціна; Ц обчисл - ціна пропозиції, кількість балів для якої обчислюється; 100 - максимально можлива кількість балів за критерієм ціна. Оцінка тендерних пропозицій проводиться з урахування розміру податку на додану вартість. Учасники які не є платниками ПДВ, подають тендерну пропозицію без ПДВ з урахуванням податків та зборів платниками яких вони являються.
