7) Підстави відхилення тендерної пропозиції (у разі відхилення) згідно зі статтею 31 Закону: 7.1. ТОВАРИСТВО З ОБМЕЖЕНОЮ ВІДПОВІДАЛЬНІСТЮ "ГАРАНТ-ЦЕНТР", код ЄДРПОУ: 35875383: - абзац 2 пункту 2 частини 1 статті 31 Закону: тендерна пропозиція учасника не відповідає умовам технічної специфікації та іншим вимогам щодо предмета закупівлі тендерної документації. Аргументація: Всупереч вимогам п. 1.4 ч. 1. Розділу ІІІ та Додатку 3 Тендерної документації запропонована Учасником продукція не відповідає технічним вимогам Замовника по параметру «загальна довжина» (Замовником вимагався Пломбіратор з загальною довжиною: від 175 мм до 300 мм., а Учасником запропоновано Пломбіратор загальною довжиною 380 мм.).
