У разі надання в складі пропозиції будь-яких документів викладених іноземною мовою, вони повинні бути перекладені українською. Переклад документа має … бути посвідчений підписом перекладача разом з його печаткою (за наявності) та підписом Учасника та завірені печаткою (за наявності). У разі надання документів, які необхідні для формування тендерної пропозиції учасника, виданих відповідними установами, підприємствами, організаціями російською мовою, допускається наявність даних документів російською мовою. Language (languages) in which the tender proposals should be prepared: the tender proposal, in particular the documents prepared by the participant , must be drawn up in the Ukrainian language. If any documents presented in a foreign language are submitted as part of the proposal, they must be translated into Ukrainian. The translation of the document must be certified by the translator's signature together with his seal (in the presence) and the Participant's signature and certified by the seal (in the presence). The texts must be authentic, the defining text is in Ukrainian.
