Категорія замовника - передбачена п. 3 ч.4 ст.2 Закону; Вид закупівлі - спрощена закупівля - для … замовників, визначених у пунктах 1-3 частини першої статті 2 цього Закону, якщо вартість предмета закупівлі товару (товарів), послуги (послуг) менше ніж 200 тисяч гривень, а робіт - 1,5 мільйона гривень; Застосовані критерії оцінки - Єдиним критерієм оцінки згідно даної закупівлі є ціна (питома вага критерію – 100%).
