У зв’язку з неможливістю внесення змін до оголошення на веб-порталі Уповноваженого органу з питань закупівель, а саме розбиття на лоти процедури закупівлі, відмінити процедуру закупівлі форменого одягу (Брюки формені, футболка, футболка "поло") (Код ДК 021:2015 - 18110000-3) (Оголошення у ЦБД № UA-2020-10-08-006400-c). - на підставі п.2, ч.1, ст. 32 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» – неможливість усунення порушень, що виникли через виявлені порушення законодавства у сфері публічних закупівель.
