Description:

1 етап – Проміжні розрахунки за роботи здійснюються в межах, що не перевищують 70% загальної вартості робіт, на підставі довідок про вартість виконання підрядних робіт і витрат (форма КБ-3) та Акта виконаних підрядних робіт (форма КБ-2), які прийняті Замовником та підписані Сторонами, в установленому цим Договором порядку; 2 етап – Кінцевий розрахунок за роботи здійснюються в межах, що не перевищують 30% загальної вартості робіт, на підставі довідок про вартість виконання підрядних робіт і витрат (форма КБ-3) та Акта виконаних підрядних робіт (форма КБ-2), які прийняті Замовником та підписані Сторонами, в установленому цим Договором порядку.
