Description:

Оплата вартості Товару за цим Договором здійснюється Покупцем у безготівковій формі шляхом перерахування суми, зазначеної в Договорі, на поточний рахунок Продавця протягом 10 (десяти) банківських днів з моменту підписання Сторонами видаткової накладної (Акту приймання-передачі). Джерело фінансування закупівлі Товару – кошти з Державного бюджету. Платежі, передбачені Договором, Покупець здійснює на підставі п. 1 ст. 49 Бюджетного кодексу України.
