Під час проведення процедур закупівель усі документи, що готуються замовником, викладаються українською мовою, а також за рішенням замовника одночасно всі документи можуть мати автентичний переклад на іншу мову. … Визначальним є текст, викладений українською мовою. Тендерна пропозиція та усі документи, що мають відношення до неї, складаються українською мовою. В разі надання документів, які необхідні для формування тендерної пропозиції учасника, виданих відповідними установами, підприємствами, організаціями російською мовою, допускається наявність даних документів на російській мові. У іншому випадку в разі надання учасником будь-яких документів іноземною мовою, вони повинні бути перекладені українською. Переклад повинен бути посвідчений учасником торгів, або посвідчений нотаріально (на розсуд учасника). Категорія замовника: юридична особа, яка забезпечує потреби держави або територіальної громади.
