Під час проведення процедури закупівлі всі документи, що готуються замовником, викладаються українською мовою. Усі документи, що мають відношення до тендерної пропозиції та підготовлені безпосередньо Учасником, повинні бути складені виключно українською … мовою. Всі інші документи, що мають відношення до тендерної пропозиції, можуть бути складені як українською, так і російською мовами. При цьому технічна документація, а також документи, що підтверджують відповідність учасника кваліфікаційним критеріям, які викладені в оригіналі російською мовою, не потребують перекладу українською мовою. У разі надання учасником будь-яких документів іншою мовою, вони повинні бути перекладені українською мовою та засвідчені підписом учасника торгів.
