Розрахунки за виконані роботи, поставлене обладнання та/або матеріали Замовник здійснює протягом 90 (дев’яноста) банківських днів з дати підписання сторонами Акта приймання виконаних будівельних робіт за формою № КБ-2в і Довідки про вартість виконаних робіт за формою КБ-3 про кінцевий результат робіт (згідно з додатками до ДСТУ Б Д.1.1-1:2013) з відповідними накладними на обладнання та актами приймання-передачі обладнання (устаткування), за умови реєстрації Підрядником податкових накладних в Єдиному реєстрі податкових накладних з дотриманням вимог Податкового кодексу України, та на підставі виставленого Підрядником рахунку-фактури.
