Description:

Розрахунки проводяться шляхом оплати Замовником після підписання Сторонами «Акту виконаних будівельних робіт» (ф. КБ-2в). До акта приймання додається «Довідка про вартість виконаних будівельних робіт та витрат» (ф.КБ-3). Оплата наданих послуг проводиться поетапно проміжними платежами в міру надання послуг і здійснення їх приймання-передавання з оформленням актів за формою КБ-2в. Взяття бюджетних та фінансових зобов’язань за договором здійснюються відповідно до ст.48 Бюджетного кодексу України та «Порядку реєстрації та обліку бюджетних зобов’язань розпорядників бюджетних коштів та одержувачів бюджетних коштів в органах Державної казначейської служби України», затвердженого наказом Міністерства фінансів України від 02.03.2012 №309 (зі змінами).
