Кінцевий розрахунок за виконані проектні роботи здійснюється після отримання Замовником від Підрядника розробленої проектно-кошторисної документації з урахуванням усіх зауважень, отриманих від Замовника та органів, що здійснюють погодження документації, після отримання Підрядником та передання Замовнику позитивного експертного звіту, виданого експертною організацією, протягом 10 (десяти) банківських днів та після підписання Сторонами відповідного Акта здачі-приймання виконаних проектних робіт.
