Замовник, слідуючи принципам відкритості та з метою досягнення максимальної економії і ефективності, з власної ініціативи використовує систему електронних закупівель з метою проведення закупівель, що не підпадають під дію Закону України «Про публічні … закупівлі». Наведена закупівля проводиться для відбору найбільш ефективної пропозиції на ринку. З переможцем конкурсу буде укладено договір між ним та обєднаною профспілковою організацією АТ "УКРПОШТА" (25960356). Проект договору додається. Строк поставки орієнтовний та буде скорегований і складатиме 21 день з моменту підписання договору.
