Description:

Оплата вартості Робіт здійснюється Замовником шляхом перерахування коштів на рахунок Підрядника, на підставі оформлених належним чином документів, підписаних уповноваженими представниками Сторін, після отримання Замовником бюджетних призначень на підставі ст. ст. 48, 49 Бюджетного кодексу України, впродовж 10 (десяти) банківських днів з моменту їх підписання. У разі затримки бюджетного фінансування, розрахунок за виконані Роботи здійснюється впродовж 10 (десяти) банківських днів з дати отримання Замовником бюджетного призначення на свій рахунок. За умови наявності відповідного бюджетного призначення у Замовника виникають зобов'язання. Відповідно до постанов Кабінету Міністрів України від 27.12.2001р. № 1764 (із змінами) «Про затвердження Порядку державного фінансування капітального будівництва», від 04.12.2019р. № 1070 «Про деякі питання здійснення розпорядниками (одержувачами) бюджетних коштів попередньої оплати товарів, робіт і послуг, що закуповуються за бюджетні кошти» та належним чином оформленого рішення головного розпорядника бюджетних коштів Замовник може прийняти рішення щодо надання Підряднику на строк не більше 3 (трьох) місяців авансу (але не пізніше кінця поточного бюджетного року) на виконання Робіт в сумі, що не перевищує 30 (тридцяти) відсотків вартості річного обсягу робіт, а саме загальної вартості робіт (Договірної ціни) на підставі наданих рахунків - фактур.
