2.2. Розрахунки за надані Послуги проводяться Замовником шляхом перерахунку коштів на рахунок Виконавця, який здійснюється на підставі рахунка-фактури, акту прийому – передачі послуг. При цьому Сторони дійшли спільної згоди, що оплата послуг буде проводитись Замовником з урахуванням реального фінансування видатків (та/або надходження коштів) Державного бюджету на зазначені цілі Замовника. 2.3. Оплата послуг Замовником проводиться протягом 10 (десяти) банківських днів після підписання Сторонами Акту прийому-передачі послуг.
