Description:

Попередня оплата може здійснюватись протягом дії Договору у межах 30% від суми зареєстрованих бюджетних зобов’язань за Договором, відповідно до постанови Кабінету Міністрів України від 04.12.2019 р. № 1070 “Деякі питання про здійснення розпорядниками (одержувачами) бюджетних коштів попередньої оплати товарів, робіт і послуг, що закуповуються за бюджетні кошти”, відповідно до належним чином оформленого рішення головним/-ими розпорядником/-ами коштів та лише щодо робіт, виконання яких здійснюється протягом поточного бюджетного періоду. Використаний аванс погашається на підставі актів виконаних робіт за формами № КБ-2в та № КБ-3, підписаних уповноваженими представниками сторін. Невикористаний аванс повертається Замовнику. Попередня оплата здійснюється протягом 5 (п’яти) банківських днів після надходження відповідних коштів на реєстраційний рахунок Замовника в Державній казначейській службі.

Розрахунки проводяться шляхом поетапної оплати Замовником за виконані роботи при надходженні на рахунок Замовника коштів з державного бюджету від головного/-их розпорядника/-ів та інших джерел фінансування протягом 5 (п’яти) банківських днів з дня реєстрації обсягу виконаних робіт в Державній казначейській службі.
