Description:

Замовник здійснює передоплату у розмірі 30% від загальної вартості Товару, зазначеної в п.3.1. даного Договору протягом 10 банківських днів з моменту виставлення Постачальником відповідного рахунку та відповідної податкової накладної зареєстрованої в Єдиному реєстрі податкових накладних, а залишок коштів 70 % від вартості договору перераховується Виконавцю Замовником протягом 10-ти банківських днів з дати підписання акту(-ів) приймання-передачі виконаних робіт уповноваженими особами Сторін та належним чином оформленої податкової накладної, зареєстрованої в Єдиному реєстрі податкових накладних (далі - ЄРПН). Податкова накладна повинна бути зареєстрована в ЄРПН та складена в електронній формі із дотриманням умов щодо реєстрації електронного підпису уповноваженої Виконавцем особи у визначеному законодавством порядку. (У разі, якщо Виконавець не є платником ПДВ, податкова накладна не надається).
