Explanation

Враховуючи роботу постійно діючої адміністративної колегії Антимонопольного комітету України ( було потрачено багато часу) і враховуючи температурні коливання , та поточний рік закінчується , а термін поставки до 31.12.2020року виконувати послуги при укладці тактильної пдитки при коливаннях природних умов не можливо. Враховуючи вищевказане – не доцільно заключати Договір поставки Товару. На підставі вищевикладеного та відповідно п.1 ч.1 статті 32 , прийняли рішення щодо відмінити тендера на поставку тактильної плитки відповідно код: ДК 021:2015 - 44110000-4 « Конструкційні матеріали» .
