Description:

Розрахунки за Товар здійснюються на підставі видаткової накладної Постачальника, який виписується у відповідності до заявки Покупця та специфікації. Покупець здійснює оплату за одержаний Товар шляхом перерахування грошових коштів на поточний рахунок Постачальника протягом 10 робочих днів з моменту отримання Товару. У разі затримки бюджетного фінансування, розрахунок за поставлений Товар здійснюється протягом 10 банківських днів з дати отримання Покупцем бюджетного призначення на фінансування закупівлі на свій розрахунковий рахунок. Категорія замовника - Підприємства, установи, організації, зазначені у пункті 3 частини першої статті 2 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі». Вид закупівлі - спрощена закупівля - для замовників, визначених у пунктах 1-3 частини першої статті 2 цього Закону, якщо вартість предмета закупівлі товару (товарів), послуги (послуг) менше ніж 200 тисяч гривень, а робіт - 1,5 мільйона гривень. Застосовані критерії оцінки - Єдиним критерієм оцінки згідно даної закупівлі є ціна (питома вага критерію – 100%). Мова (мови), якою (якими) повинні готуватися тендерні пропозиції - під час проведення процедури закупівлі усі документи, що мають відношення до тендерної пропозиції та складаються безпосередньо учасником, викладаються українською мовою.
