Explanation

Після оприлюднення повідомлення про намір укласти договір до підписання договору про закупівлю було виявлено, що у технічній специфікації та у проєкті договору про закупівлю послуги не передбачено закупівлю матеріальних ресурсів та обладнання для проведення ТО. Оскільки відповідно до ч. 2 ст. 24 ЗУ «Про публічні закупівлі» внесення змін до тендерної документації можливо лише до закінчення кінцевого строку подання тендерних пропозицій, тендерним комітетом ВП СГ було прийнято рішення відмінити закупівлю № UA-2020-11-13-002098-b на підставі п. 2 ч. 1 ст. 32 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» - неможливості усунення порушень, що виникли через виявлені порушення законодавства у сфері публічних закупівель, з описом таких порушень, які неможливо усунути.
