Description:

Розрахунки за надані послуги проводяться шляхом: оплати Замовником акту на виконання послуг після його підписання Сторонами один раз на місяць та на основі рахунку-фактури. Остаточний розрахунок здійснюється після завершення реабілітації за умови, що мали місце зміни у ході реабілітації слухачів. Оплата здійснюється шляхом перерахування коштів на розрахунковий рахунок Виконавцем, з відстрочкою платежів до 45 календарних днів. Розрахунки здійснюються відповідно та в межах виділених асигнувань і кошторисного призначення на цю закупівлю. Оплата здійснюється по мірі надходження коштів з бюджету в межах відповідних бюджетних асигнувань на даний предмет закупівлі. У випадку затримки бюджетного фінансування розрахунок за надані послуги здійснюється протягом 7 банківських днів з дати отримання Замовником бюджетного призначення на фінансування закупівлі на свій реєстраційний рахунок.
