Враховуючи, що станом на 19.11.2020 року виявлені помилки до технічних, якісних та кількісних характеристик предмета закупівлі, пропонується відмінити спрощену закупівлю за предметом закупівлі: Машини для обробки даних (апаратна частина) код ДК 021:2015 30210000-4 (Персональні комп’ютери) на підставі пункту 3 частини 17 статті 14 Закону, а саме неможливість усунення порушень, що виникли через виявлені порушення законодавства з питань публічних закупівель.
