Розрахунки за фактично виконану послугу проводяться згідно підписаних актів приймання-передачі виконаної послуги між Замовником та Виконавцем. Якщо передбачено виконання і здачу послуги поетапно, Замовник розраховується з Виконавцем за кожний етап. У випадку дострокового виконання послуги, Замовник зобов’язується достроково прийняти і оплатити послугу. Платежі за фактично виконану послугу Замовник проводить протягом 10-ти календарних днів з дня підписання Сторонами актів приймання-передачі виконаної послуги, при наявності фінансування з бюджету міста, наявності відповідних коштів на рахунках замовника.
