Description:

Оплата Замовником вартості періодичних видань, включаючи доставку, здійснюється згідно рахунку шляхом безготівкового перерахування коштів в порядку попередньої оплати в розмірі 100% від вартості періодичних видань, зазначених в Додатку 1, що є невід’ємною частиною Договору, на поточний рахунок Постачальника протягом 10 календарних днів після отримання рахунку. Попередня оплата здійснюється відповідно до вимог постанови Кабінету Міністрів України від 04.12.2019 № 1070 «Деякі питання здійснення розпорядниками (одержувачами) бюджетних коштів попередньої оплати товарів, робіт і послуг, що закуповуються за бюджетні кошти».
