Description:
Розрахунки за Товар здійснюються відповідно до ст. 49 Бюджетного кодексу України в національній валюті України – гривні, шляхом перерахування Замовником грошових коштів на поточний рахунок Постачальника протягом 10 (десяти) календарних днів, з дати підписання акту приймання-передачі Товару, видаткової накладної, та за умови здійснення відповідного бюджетного фінансування на рахунок Замовника. У разі поставки Товару партіями (поетапно) розрахунки за кожну партію проводяться у тому ж порядку.
У разі затримки бюджетного фінансування, розрахунок за Товар здійснювати протягом 15 (п'ятнадцяти) банківських днів з дати отримання Замовником бюджетного фінансування на свій реєстраційний рахунок.
