Згідно рішення від постійно діючої адміністративної колегії Антимонопольного комітету України з розгляду скарг про порушення законодавства у сфері публічних закупівель 02.03.2021 було скасовано рішення про відміну тендеру за процедурою закупівель 90510000-5 Утилізація/видалення сміття та поводження зі сміттям, Послуги з вивозу твердих побутових відходів, (UA-2020-11-27-003353-b). 22.01.2021 була оголошена аналогічна закупівля послуг за кодом ДК 021:2015: 90510000-5 Утилізація/видалення сміття та поводження зі сміттям, Послуги з вивозу твердих побутових відходів, (UA-2021-01-22-002415-a), за якою відбувся аукціон, та було визначено переможця процедури закупівлі, з яким укладено договір про закупівлю. Тому замовник відміняє тендер на закупівлю 90510000-5 Утилізація/видалення сміття та поводження зі сміттям, Послуги з вивозу твердих побутових відходів, (UA-2020-11-27-003353-b) на підставі пункту 1 частини 1 статті 32 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» від 25.12.2015 року в редакції Закону України №114-IX від 19.09.2019р. (із змінами) «відсутності подальшої потреби в закупівлі товарів, робіт чи послуг»
