Розрахунки за виконані роботи Замовник здійснює протягом 90 (дев’яноста) календарних днів з дати підписання сторонами Акта приймання виконаних будівельних робіт за формою № КБ-2в і Довідки про вартість виконаних робіт за формою КБ-3 про кінцевий результат робіт (згідно з додатками до ДСТУ Б Д.1.1-1:2013), за умови реєстрації Підрядником податкових накладних в Єдиному реєстрі податкових накладних з дотриманням вимог Податкового кодексу України, та на підставі виставленого Підрядником рахунку-фактури.
