У разі затримки бюджетного фінансування, розрахунки за поставлений Товар за цим Договором здійснюються протягом 7 (семи) банківських днів з дати отримання Замовником відповідного бюджетного призначення на фінансування оплати Товару на свій реєстраційний рахунок.
