Відмінити спрощену закупівлю згідно з предметом закупівлі: «Фотокопіювальне та поліграфічне обладнання для офсетного друку - за кодом CPV за ДК 021:2015 - 30120000-6 (Ресурсні вузли та витратні матеріали для БФП Xerox)» з підстави, що передбачена згідно з ч.19 ст. 14 Закону, а саме: неможливості усунення порушень, що виникли через виявлені порушення законодавства з питань публічних закупівель. Повідомлення про відміну закупівлі оприлюднити в електронній системі закупівель протягом одного дня з дня ухвалення цього рішення згідно з ст. 10 та ч. 19 ст. 14 Закону.
