Розрахунки за виконані будівельні роботи здійснюються на підставі довідки про вартість виконаних робіт за формою № КБ-3 та Акта приймання виконаних будівельних робіт за формою № КБ-2В з відомістю ресурсів, підписаними уповноваженими представниками Сторін. Замовник сплачує вартість прийнятих від Виконавця робіт на підставі Довідки про вартість виконаних робіт за формою №КБ-3, Акта приймання виконаних будівельних робіт за формою № КБ-2В протягом 30 (тридцяти) банківських днів після підписання Актів КБ-2В, довідки КБ-3, у разі надходження коштів на вказані цілі на реєстраційний рахунок Замовника.У разі затримки бюджетного фінансування розрахунок за даним Договором здійснюється протягом 5 (п’яти) банківських днів з дати отримання Замовником бюджетного фінансування закупівлі на свій реєстраційний рахунок, відкритий в органі Державної казначейської служби України.
